What We Collect
We only ask for what is needed to prepare and deliver what you book. Depending on the service, that may include:
- Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- Your date, time and place of birth
- A recent photo, if you choose to share one
- Your partner’s name and birth details, for relationship readings and rituals
- The questions and context you share with Ami
- A delivery address, for crystal orders
How Your Details Are Used
Your details are used to prepare your reading, ritual, course place or order, and to contact you about it. They are never sold, and never shared with anyone for marketing.
Everything you share during a session stays confidential.
Payments
Bookings and payments are handled by Exly (MyScoot Tech Private Limited) and its payment partners. Luminous Soul never sees or stores your card or bank details. Exly’s own privacy policy applies to the checkout.
This Website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Prices appear in rupees or dollars based on your device’s time zone; your location is not looked up or sent anywhere. The site remembers two small preferences in your own browser: a currency you choose for prices, and the card you drew today. Neither is sent anywhere.
The contact form does not store anything. It simply opens WhatsApp with your message ready for you to send. Messages sent through WhatsApp or Instagram are also covered by Meta’s privacy policies.
Your Choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you have shared at any time by messaging Ami on WhatsApp.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
